God awful. Avoid at all costs.

Asked for a prescription for a generic epinephrine autoinjector for myself, and that I would like the prescription sent to a particular CVS. Idiots submitted a prescription for an EpiPen...for a child. Asked the doctor THREE TIMES to rectify this error, even submitted it in writing, and every time, would fix one part of it and screw something else up. Dose, location, prescription. Something was always wrong. Went to the CVS with the wrong prescription, the pharmacist said they would take care of it and did. Within a day, the folks at CVS managed to fix what I could not. Kudos to the fine folks working at that particular CVS, they are excellent. Fast forward, I needed a tDap immunization. By law, this is to be provided at no cost. These jackwagons at Healthpartners tried to charge me $225!! I submitted a copy of the law and "like magic" the bill was immediately corrected. What kind of lowdown shady company tries to pull this garbage? As if they don't know those procedures are covered by law? How many people have they swindled for $225? Ugh, shut this train wreck of a company down.
