Horrible customer service... they had different versions of how to do a booking each and every time that I called. The options were to wait until 12 am every day to see if they had availability 2 weeks out. And at the time to actually do the booking said that I could do it online. Also provided zero guidance of paperwork required for a live animal... they should not call themselves pet specialist if they are not knowledgeable. Very disappointed!!!
