Go pro service paid for and have not received it.

Hello, I purchased the ‘Go Pro Membership' at 4:54pm 10/08/2021. Immediately after receiving the receipt emails. I cancelled the subscription. It states that i will still enjoy the benefits until the 17/08/2021. I haven't received anything at all. I have the screenshots on my phone showing that i have no pro membership. I'd like someone to please help me regarding this. Regards.
