I went through bankruptcy, and did not include Gm Financial. I filed the correct papers to be able to keep my lease payments with them. I kept all my payments to date. My bankruptcy was discharged May 2019. I was to by customet service my account with the would go back to narmal status and they would also report my account standing with the credit agencies in June 2019. They have not done any of this. I just made my September payment and my account is states that I am in bankruptcy. I have called several times. What does it take to fix this. Aren't theu required by law to report correct information to credit agenicies?? I don't know what else to do.
