I followed up with the JD, GM of Crunch Sunset, and scheduled an appointment at 11 AM. I arrived at 11 AM and was ignored by the front desk staff for about 5 minutes while I was standing waiting for one of the two guys working to ask me if I needed help. They were too busy having a conversation until I interrupted them to let then know I was there for an 11 AM appointment. I was then passed to two other staff members because no one seemed to want to help me. I then took a seat as I was told that JD was with a client. At 11.25 AM, I text JD to let me know I was waiting as I wasn't sure anyone even told him I was there. At 11.30 AM after seeing JD walk around the front desk talking still not acknowledging me, I left. This is the same level of customer service I experienced as a member 4 years ago. And oddly enough is in direct contrast to the Crunch mission statement plastered on the wall next to where I was seated for 30 minutes.
