I had an appointment with doctor at 11:30 and wasn't seen until 12:45. To add insult to injury it took three hours with frames since there was only one sales person. When glasses came in they were all dirty and one had a cracked lens. I was told that they would send for new lenses and would get them in two days... we called after the two Days and was told When the new lenses came in they were also cracked. First and foremost why aren't lenses checked prior to giving them to customer and cleaned? Why are you purchasing lenses from a place that send cracked lenses? My time is precious and have been inconvenienced multiple times. I asked several times to speak to manager which fell on deaf ears given the excuse he went on vacation, another excuse was he was out for family issues.
