I ordered my glasses on July 28. The glasses were promised on August 13. On August 13, their website said "still in the making." I called the local office. The local office stated that the glasses will be ready August 20. All the local office could say was "sorry," and connected me with their customer service department. I have now been on hold for some 51 minutes. As I write this review, Customer Service came on the line. The Rep stated to me that the glasses were sent from their lab to the local store today, and will arrive no later than Fri, August 14 or Monday, August 17. The person at the local store had access to this same information, but could not be bothered to check.
