Glasses hurt my ear

Nothing happened no one answered the phone staff at ur green acres store gives u run around they tried 2 times to adjust the glasses behind my ears are sore had to wear vaseline soon I’ll have blister don’t want these glasses paid a lot of money should not be going through this
