glasses haven’t arrived

I ordered a pair of Oakley frames for my son on 5th July from Granoptic I had ordered from their website which looks very professional I received immediate response to order and order number money was taken. As below Gran Optic Dear Sarah, Your order has been completed successfully. Your order number is : [602286] I still have not received the glasses and after numerous emails asking what the status is of my order No replies no glasses! I am going to take my complaint to card fraud team I am very disappointed by being scammed by this company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
