Wow, what horrible customer service. I have called in twice trying to get the insulation that was left out of the box. Had to stay on hold 25 minutes the first time before I got anyone on the line.He wanted the model number which is not even on the product. Found that online and called back as It states in their manual to call before returning to your retailer......what a crock. No they won't send unless you send them the receipt which I don't have since it was purchased over six months ago. Told them I would send a photo of the unit in my living room but that's not good enough. Will not buy their products again ever!!!
