Paul Sanza, owner of Glass Doctor of Naperville, sent some unprofessional guy out to measure to replace a window pane. I should have known when I saw the sign on the side of the truck was defaced and said, " *** DOCTOR" instead of "GLASS DOCTOR" that this wouldn't end well. Measured, took 50% down payment of $220. Now Paul is nowhere to be found. Several addresses, phone numbers, and he is not to be found at any location (one industrial park owner told me Paul hadn't paid his lease for months and moved out).
