Glamira the worst company ever!

I order bracelet before Christmas and coming wrong item (ring), i send back but royal mail lost,witch is not my problem, i show can prove that, after that till now one month Glamira dont give me my money back (nearly 500£) and dont send my bracelet him excuses was we lost your item. Nobody from the company dont care about that i spend 500£ and dont receive nothing.
