Glamhead – Shipping Service Review

Very bad customer service!!! That sent me the wrong wig 3 days before my trip out the country. They didn't want to express ship the replacement. I explained this was my only option of hair, and the duration of my trip was 2 weeks. They did Not care and I was forced to buy cheap hair at the beauty supply store and I knotted up half way through my trip and I had to end up wearing my hair natural, which was a disaster without my products. This company took no responsibility for their fault, and in turn ruined my hair and trip!
