Give a *** attitude

Went to McCoy's lumber in Tomball, TX to purchase 1 (one) used railroad tie. I paid for same and went to lumber yard to have it loaded. When I got to the stacks of ties, there were about six ties that were not bundled. They all were beaten up beyond usability and had obviously been rejected by other customers. I asked if they could open another bundle that contained better quality ties that hadn't been picked through. Employee said that they weren't allowed to open bundles as volunteered to seek permission to do so. He went away and returned with a young fellow with a scraggly beard who advised me that they wouldn't open another bundle. Pointing out the *** ties that were lying loose didn't change anything. I requested a refund for my payment and left. *** poor customer service. Better service even at Lowe's or Home Depot.
