Gift never delivered, poor customer service

Update by user Jan 25, 2019 A few days after not hearing back, I sent another email to their Customer Service, this time copying another person who had been on the original email. She called me immediately, apologized for the poor service on their part, and issued me a full refund. My MIL did eventually receive the basket but the quality wasn't that great. Even though they did try to rectify not sending it in time with a refund, I still wouldn't recommend ordering from them. Original review posted by user Dec 26, 2018 I ordered a Christmas gift basket for my MIL on 12/16. I never received an order confirmation or shipping info, however they were quick to charge my credit card! No response to inquiries and then of course, Christmas comes and goes with no basket. I finally receive an email from Ciara (with very poor spelling and grammar) who said it would be delivered on 12/28 and offered me a shipping cost refund - which frankly is unacceptable. Don’t claim to deliver by Christmas if it takes over 2 weeks to actually deliver.
