They don't store gift card information, they DO store your credit card information. So if you watch a movie using a gift card, but then throw the card away assuming (fairly, since every other retailers does this) that your gift card will be stored on their service, you'll be out whatever the gift card balance was. So now I'll be terminating our account with Fandango and not using their service for any reason, as well as telling the PTO at the leadership level not to gift Fandango cards to teachers because of this crap policy. Terrible policy, especially considering how low their marginal cost must be to deliver content and/or save gift card information. User's recommendation: do not buy FandangoNow gift cards.
