I completed an online order cause its the only way to get pet food during lockdown. I used a gift card for my purchase but for some reason I had to enter my credit card number as well, there was no indication that it didn't accept the gift card until I picked up the food and the clerk told me gift cards usually don't work when ordering online. Now, the full purchase went on my credit card causing it to go over the limit and my creditor charged me a $29 fee not to mention what this will do to my credit rating I'm really upset about this and I want to know what petsmart will do to fix my issues User's recommendation: Do not use gift cards for online purchases.
