Update by user Aug 10, 2018 Still NOTHING!!! Got a call from district manager(the one that told me tuff luck before), said he would order parts and set up fix. That was 2 weeks, and 4 unreturned phone calls, ago!!! This company is a JOKE! Original review posted by user Jul 11, 2018 Avoid this company at all cost!!!! They state they "Are the 2nd largest autoglass company!" I guess it goes #1-Safelite, #2-Autoglass Now, & #3- A.C.M.E. Cartoon glass!!! They "guarantee" their work... ...but if its screwed up by their facility. You HAVE TO take it back to THAT facility & incompetent installers!!! Was LIED TO by regional manager! Was told if I didn't want to take it back to the original facility. I would have to go to Kansas!!! Was a total lie!!! There are TWO other facilities WAY closer than that!!! I guess "He'll show me!" *** him & them!! Say hello to my little attorney!!!
