GHOST COMPANY?!

I submitted a purchase online and paid through paypal on 12/6. It stated I would be able to update my shipping address and confirm purchase once paypal was completed. It brought me back to the site but auto completed my order without option to update shipping address. so where its going is completely unsecured and if this mystery package arrives i will never know! I tried calling the two #s listed right away for the past 3 days and kept getting a “we are experiencing technical difficulties” all day. I submitted a ticket to them online as soon as it happened as well... over 24 hours later no response. I submitted another ticket the following day and finally got through on the phone… was on hold 40 minutes, finally got through and explained situation – the rep put me on hold another 20 minutes came back on, said “hello mam” twice and hung up on me and I have been unable to get through since. Typically paypal orders do not get deducted until they ship- they already charged me and its in "pick" status! Further looking into, ninwest is only operating virtually after bankruptcy apparently and seems to have a staff of ZERO. How am I not able to reach anyone for 2 days!? this is the worst online experience ive ever had!!
