I have quit my job to not only do homeaway full time but create a business helping other people make their home into a homeaway home. I just received an email today that we are no longer making ANY of our money until the renters check in, and that is bs!! In the last month you have continued to add on and add on and add on more money coming out of our pockets and now have the NERVE to take an addition 3% if we want OUR own money???????? WTH????? I've steered everyone away from other competitors and now it looks like we need to steer away from HA and VRBO?? What are you THINKING??????????
