Getting prescriptions filled

I feel they dont fill your prescriptions in a timely matter. I'm out of meds and my insurance wont allow a pharmacy fill, as I have maxed out on retail. They told me it would be 72hrs and I would be able to order them. Guess what they haven't hit my account and they will not expedite.
