Getting no help

We ordered water filters for our G. E. refrigerator about 3 weeks or so ago. Still have not recieved them. Have called them twice, get the same run atpround. "They are at Fed Ex, they have them just have not shipped them". This Fed Ex is maybe 30-45 minutes from us. They (G.E.) supposedly have called them and they ( Fed Ex) was supposed to call me, never happened. The girl I talked to today was supposed to e-mail me with the answer, you guessed it never happened!!! So now I get to deal with this again. I am PISSED!!
