Phone lines extremely busy. No answers for the whole week. Still no answers. I was trying to obtain updated screenings for Covid-19 before my departure. I was getting different answers from different people about the need for Covid -19 tests. I'm fully vaccinated and according to Lufthansa policy there is no need for Covid test prior flying if I'm fully vaccinated. Is it ????? User's recommendation: Hire more people to answer the phones.
