The barbers there are not laid back at all - they're all so uptight. Making conversation with her is difficult; the times she is the most laid back, I swear I can smell beer when she starts moving around to cut different sides of my head. It seems like one of the only reasons they are successful is due to a lack of competition - most people just go to the one they have the least hate for.
