Getting different answers from different customer service reps
Need an upgrade g6 BG machine. They sent sensors and supposedly the transmitter but said insurance wouldn't approve new receiver 'yet'. I called insurance, they said that EDGEPARK refuses to send new receiver NOT the insurance company saying they have policy of only sending ONE a year to a customer!!!! Very bad customer service User's recommendation: Find another provider.
