Getting charged twice for dentures

2017 I went to aspen dental got my care plan financed along with my dental insurance, when I was supposed to receive my permeant denture they hit me with owing $800 more dollars, now 4 years later still paying back money for product i paid for and never received. Now they are charging me again???
