I want to speak to a live human being so I can explain why the situation happened, I cannot afford a $700.00 credit card bill when all I want is one item for $101.00. I am a 80 year old woman on a fixed income barely having enough to pay the rent, utilities, food, medication other essentials that you will be taking most of that away from me if you don't credit my credit card the $600.00(approximate) back to my account if not I'll have to dispute my credit card, so PLEASE reverse those charges I will not be able to pay.
