Getting billed and i never had a policy , i called up for a quote

I called up for a quote back in april , never paid you a dime, never signed anything, and decided to go with progressive insurance, now i have a bill for 48.00 from Kyle Rorke agency for ?????? STOP BILLING ME FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT HAVE! User's recommendation: Never take State Farm insurance.
