I filed a claim for a plumbing issue. Hwa assigned a vendor thay had a hard time scheduling. This was second claim to file the company the contracted with and sent out wasnt very knowledgeable. We decided for the second claim we would like to use a company we found. I spoke with a rep and she advised if you chose to go with a company of your choice please advise so they can tell us what to do. I did advise but the previous rep didnt tell me i need to get the company i wanted to use to call them and get it approved. So the work was done before rep,spime with them so now they want even address the claim and they are giving me a hard time with canceling my policy. They can take your money but that is about it.
