I did call Project: Yourself and requested a refund. Of course, they only issue a refund within 24 hours of purchase. My biggest problem with Project: Yourself was that they do not mention that the product would come from China! After you purchase the item, they state that the items come from their warehouse in CA, but sometimes the item may come from China. I got the item, which I love. Three weeks Ive had it now and the ring is changing colors. I guess its silver plated. I would NEVER purchase another item from Project: Yourself. Dont do it!
