When we ordered our carport we were told it would take two months to get it. It took 5-1/2 months. They refused to give any discount or upgrade. When the installers came, they remarked that the site was 7" out of level. They charged $400 to level it (easy digging - took 15 minutes). I'm a senior and a veteran. I couldn't do it myself. I was afraid that if I postponed the installation, it may take more months.
