Get my Replacement Air Fryer
Dear Upper Management, I have been trying to get my Wolfgang Puck 7L Air Fryer oven Black replacement since May 12 2019. I have called every month since May to get a updated on when my replacement unit will be sent out, I e-mailed and sent copies of my receipt took pictures of my Air Fryer and cut the cord which I was asked to do by the warranty dept. The Air Fryer unit started on fire. All I get is the run-around. I was told each month to check back to see when it will be back in stock. I have called the beginning of each month for 9 months Here is my Ticket #897183 I was told that once it is back in stock you will receive an email letting you know it has been shipped out. I asked will there be any charger for shipping, I was told no. I kept being told 2 to 3 weeks for available I purchased this item from (TSC) in Toronto Canada on 5/13/18. On Wednesday January 8, 2020 I called once again to get any update on my replacement Air Fryer. It was around 1:15 pm when I talked with a women Supervisor who told me that I need to give her a credit card so she can process my order for delivery. I explain to her that I was told that I would not have to pay any shipping once the Air Fryer was in stock. I also asked her to look at what notes that were attached on my file. I told her that I have been waiting 9 months. She told me to give her a credit card or I can’t process your order to be shipped. I think it isn’t fair that I am having to pay for shipping after I was told on more than one occasion that I would not have to. I am a loyal customer to the Wolfgang brand I have many of the products in my home which I have spent over $1000 on.I will make sure to let everyone of my family and friends know how your Customer service dept. handled my situation. I would appreciate a call back at my work number 1-90*-475-**** between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday or I can be reached by email at scott.ainsworth@***.com to deal with this matter A.S.A.P. Thank You, Scott Ainsworth
