On July 3, 2012, I was called by Easy Tech because they said that I had numerous files that were making my computer run slowly. I paid them 35.00 for 1 month to fix the problem. Never pay them a dime because, they deleted most of the files that I was supposed to have. They worked on it July 3 for approximately 6 hours and then again on July 4th for over an hour. Northing returned. I had to restore everything myself. I requested my money back and was told that I would receive it on July 5th. I had better because if not, I'm calling my card and having them go after Easy Tech. They are idiots and the next time they call me, they'll have one pissed off person on their hands. I'll take my computer repair elsewhere, like I should have done in the first place, like Cobalt. Don't trust them, they are a scam.
