I purchase a robot cleaning (品牌扫地机器人家用全自动智能扫地拖地一体机擦地吸尘器三合一 ), the package suppose to come with a robot,4 brush and 2 cloth. Item receive has missing 2 brush and 1 cloth. Contacted seller on 13 Apr, he acknowledged the miss out and agree to replace. Wait until 23 Apr, contact the seller, he say he closed shop no longer selling. Trying to divert the replacement and say can only compensate RMB20 (which is not the correct amount for 2 brush and 1 cloth), I file for refund and he rejected. He further say the item i purchase is cheap already, and trying to say RMB20 is enough. Asked him to proof price gap,he show the non-promotion page (not the one display on 23 March 2020).
