Get a practice manager from your doctor’s office, attorney, or someone with authority to help you. They don’t care about you.

Now they apparently “changed their policy” and require a doctor to fax a refill request. There was no notice given to me about this, nor did my doctor receive the form to make the refill request. Everything is convoluted and requires numerous phone calls and explanations.
