Gerry vacuum

I have had NO problem with customer service..I had an issue we tried to fix it..notified Gerry customer service and they were great..I dearly love my Gerry..Now due to a bunch of complaints their no longer open ..Thanks folks..Now I can't find bags without paying an outrageous amount..
