I find out this year they were going to send back my payment, which I never got and redo the insurance. I'm still very upset!! This was totally uncalled for! Other agencies are helping customers but mot them. I've been paying for my son for a long time to help him out. Now with all this happening, I also lost my job!!! They don't care!
