Before COLLAGEN USA started to look for "investors" Chris and John operated fronm warehouse at 4053 May, Hillside, IL as ABI MASONRY & STUCCO and 1ST INTERNATIONAL. They already had debts then, some of which were latter paid by money from first Collagen "investors". They had to vacate that place and the landlord is seeking form them unpaid 42K: Illinois Cook County Court file# 2008-M4-00****. They also had to leave their second location (file# 2008-M1-70****) at 310 W. Higgins Road in Park Ridge, IL where they also used names: RODICA 310 SALON & SPA and CLEOPATRA SPA INC. Although while looking for "investors" they present peoplewith rather impressive Progress Report there is no or very little actual sales of the product in the location they claim as "active". Currently they are also trying to get rid of old inventory by offering collagen at deep discounts on their website: www.genuinecollagen.com but how they expect to meve any merchandise if they don't even take credit cards? I am afraid that whoever invested into this venture will never recover the money. Any ideas?
