I placed an order for Geniux on line.The add said it had a 100% guarantee or You could return for a refund. After using for 2 weeks with no result I called to initiate a return and was told they would only refund 20% because it had been opened.I don't know you are suppose to try the product if you don't open it. Anyone planning on trying Geniux beware its a scam!!! When you contact customer service they try to *** you into buying another product like they are doing you a favor. Total rip off.
