Genericgiant scam

I ordered 4 bottles of ibuprofen from generic giant and received 2. Generic giant showed proof of delivery and EBAY sided with them. I am out the money. EBAY gets their share of what was not sent and the customer gets screwed. Order from someone else. Complaints will not help. I emailed GENERIC GIANT and was accused of trying to scam the system--exactly what they are doing. I know of 2 others that the same thing happened to so it is not just a case of one mistake in shipping.
