Two bowls of soup were missing from my order. The GM, Ashley, blamed the mistake on the masks. What??? The she (strongly) implied that I did not speak loud enough. ?? So, all this is the fault of a mask (???) and/or the customer. Hmmm... Well, I told her my order was repeated back to me two times and it was accurate. I asked her for a small refund (e.g., one soup free) and she refused to do that. She claimed she was "in charge of this shop." I want to know who the *** put her in charge." No wonder Panera Bread at this location gets horrible reviews. No sympathy or empathy. My dad soiled himself in the car because of this delay. I told her that and all she siad was , "I'm sorry." location has horri ve r User's recommendation: none. Use your judgment and take the risk if you want.
