Steve, the GM of this company, contacted me. Arrogant is an understatement for him. First off, I imagine Furniture Row is one of their biggest clients, who probably keeps them in business. He said he wants the names of the FR employees who told me incorrectly on the extended warranty because he will get them fired. I went ballistic on him, telling him that he has no right to try to get employees fired from a business that practically keeps him in business, let alone he does not manage Furniture Row. Steve, keep your sketch "business" techniques to yourself. Any good manager would not even think about doing that. You have a long ways to go in the business world, and unfortunately, I feel awful for your employees who have to endure the wrath of your illegal practices. If anyone needs to be fired, it should be you. I hope Furniture Row looks for a different warranty company after the thousands of people who have complaints against you go to FR headquarters to file a complaint. It would be interesting to see who would lose their job after that...I'm sure it won't be some innocent employee who struggles to feed their family while you sit on your perch, all comfortable, knowing you fraud people out of their extended warranties and try to snake your way out of it. Who fights with customers in which he already made money off of? NEVER purchase Furniture Row's extended warranty as long as it is under this company. Thousands of customers have been frauded out of their money. What a joke. Once your claim has been denied, they stop answerinf their phones to you. They have caller ID, and they don't care what they do to you...as long as they can go home at night making the big bucks. I encourage everyone to file complaints against this fraudulent company...and speak up to your local store about them.
