I was retrenched 31 july 2020, I immediately notified edgards and completed my claim form for hollard, hollard had allot of delays! To date edgars has been harassing me with calls daily! I informed many agents of this still they keep calling! I have sent emails to [protected]@collectioncentre.co.za and [protected]@edcon.co.za and [protected]@edcon.co.za. [protected]@collectioncentre I have sent and email every single day and cc'd hollard in so edgars can see there is a delay by hollard! Now I get an account that I need to pay collection fees! I wont do this! I called yesterday and held long so I left a message on the voice system when prompted, I also I also sent an email informing them hollard will make a payment this week and that I need them to confirm what was paid, whats outstanding and why and then also remove all collection fees! No one had any interest to assist! I am sick sick sick of this! Edgars shame on you! Its not like I am trying to steel from you! Why dont you rather try and help me!
