Gems not being sent
hi for the past 2 months i have had a elite and then a vip membership i have received no gems at all in 2 months .With money being the way it is ,it is a struggle for me to keep just my membership going .Can you please credit my account the missing gems included with membership ? My email for which my account has changed it was mommycrosby@***.com but now i use the one given at the top of this message.I have played for years and been a good customer .
