Their product returned my Tieks. They are ignoring me. Im so upset. Their product will rip the leather off of your shoe!!! Destroying the shoe!! And theyll ignore you when you approach them about it!! User's recommendation: Do not buy-will ruin the insides of your expensive shoes.
