I called GeeksOnsite to get my computer fixed and I had to reschedule 5 times for a technician. Never ever give them a call. Plus they say they are in the US. And they are in Peru. No wonder they want your credit card number..... I wonder what they do with all those credit card numbers. I later researched the company and found out that a lot of people are complaining about the same thing. They have a physical address in Miami, but it's not even the same name. Why they operate in Peru, maybe because low labor, no taxes.
