Geagua Lake in Aurora, Ohio has a no refund, no raincheck policy which needs to be re-examined. We were there for 5 hrs and went in the water for a total of about 20 minutes due to thunder, lightning and hail. All we asked for was a ticket to come another day. If we had 5 hours of use then it rained, then ok. But to get absolutely no use and no raincheck is ridiculous. We paid $100+, gas, parking, tolls- and have been customers since we were young, now taking our own kids. What poor customer service. They make so much $- what's a few more tickets for customer service????
