Gbs Enterprises- WORST COMPANY!!!

Bought a set from Ashley furniture July 2017. Filed a claim in February 2018 and it took 2 more phone calls and 4 weeks later before I could even get an appointment set up because no one from the cleaning company would call to set it up. Finally they come to clean the furniture and I'm told I need a full cleaning and they only cover spot cleaning. However, their paperwork says nothing about only covering spot cleaning. Now here we are 4 months later and the furniture looks like it needs be on the side of the road since the spots just make it look extremely dirty. I have now received a phone call from GBS stating that until I pay to have it professionally cleaned, they will not cover any future claims. Ashley Furniture should really take a look at how this company is treating their customers because I will never buy furniture from them or any other store that requires you to pay for the a warranty with GBS.
