Mulberry park apartments in taylorville utah gave me a apartment and I gave them the deposit for it I was told to come in today and sign the lease and get the keys. When I went in the next day they told me that we couldn't have it after they had me change my renters ins over to that address and got movers. Then I called the owner and he called one of the managers and all she did was laugh and say there was nothing that they could do. I told her that they should not tell someone that the apartment was theres when its really not. And right in front of me they called the other people that was coming in that day and told them not to come in cause they was now full they had rented there last one. Be carefull when dealing with this place they will take you for a ride get your hopes up and then step on you and laugh and not even care. Now due to this I am now having problems with my ins and trying to get my money back from the movers. They made me sit there and call my ins company before I left yesterday so they could get a copy of the info faxed to them with there address. I think this is very wrong and no one els has to go through what I went through. I did report them to the BBB. They need to learn how to treat people the manager tryed to give me some kind of story I was not born yesterday and am not ***. Please be carefull.
