I hired Heather Gatermann to take my wedding pictures in May 2011 and she has done nothing but lose my pictures and give me the run around. I had to pay in full before the pictures were release to me for my review, so now i am out $ 1800 dollars and still do not have all my wedding pictures that were promised. I have filed complaints with the BBB and Attorney General. I hope that no one else has to go through what i am just to get their pictures. I have been promised date after date and she still owes me more pictures. Just do not use this Photographer!!!!
